Why is WATHA asking for Association Information?
1) There is strength in numbers when trying to reduce the costs of insurance, dues, maintenance, etc.
2) We want to identify common issues and costs that we, as a group, can try to address.
3) We want to identify good contractors for other associations.
4) We want to share best practices and policies with other associations.
Note: Providing this data is voluntary and individual association information will not be used outside of the WATHA without the individual association’s permission. Summation data such as total number of units, average number of board members, average insurance costs, etc. may be provided to outside entities.
