We're All In This Together
Major legislation that seeks to "reform HOAs" (HF1268 and SF1750) is working through the Minnesota House and Senate. The bills are bad for HOAs, bad for HOA boards, bad for property managers, and bad for the prospect of acquiring future board leaders.
Make your common sense voices heard! Attend HOA Day at the Capitol to participate in this peaceful and positive assembly by HOA leaders across the metro area. The HOA Leadership Network is collaborating with Community Associations Institute (CAI), Row Cal, and others to organize this event.
We'll meet at the Capitol steps, where t-shirts, signs, and hats will be distributed. We're inviting the media so they can see how powerful and influential we all can be as leaders. Speeches will be made -- and history witnessed!
10:00 a.m. Begin arrivals at MN Capitol front steps; distribution of signs and shirts
10:30 a.m. Rally begins
12:00 p.m. After the main rally, participants will divide into two groups:
One group will walk to the Senate hearing on SF1750
The rest will fill the Capitol Rotunda to show collective presence.
NOTE: Food will be provided for participants. Depending on turnout, we’ll organize parking locations
