Welcome to WATHA, (Woodbury Area Townhomes/Condos Association)

We are a community of individuals dedicated to the management and enhancement of our townhomes/condos association in the Woodbury area. 

This group is for all HOA Board Members and homeowners. We represent 36 Associations and/or 2345 units. Come join the group, we want to hear about your needs and concerns on HOA living.  There is strength in numbers when trying to reduce the costs of insurance, dues, maintenance, etc.
